Hideaki's Sobo spots him Hideaki was trailing Fumihito as they rounded the corner. Street racing is not allowed in Fukuoka but he and Fumihito had found a rental place with these turbine bikes and they just had to race them. Hideaki looked up to find Sobo looking straight at him and indicated that she knew who he was, even though he was wearing a helmet.

Thanks! Too many obscure references, I guess. The old lady on the balcony) is the grandma (sobo) of the rearmost rider. She's giving the two fingers to the eyes gesture.
