3rd Place~Carnival surprise

Once by century, Inelda likes to join the carnival of Halloween in the nearby town. Mere mortals believe her scars are disguise under disguise and find it very clever. Poor beings, if they knew they will become the objects of her amusement. And the best part: thanks to her potions, no living one reminds what happened and consequently they can't warn their descents.
Her special pet come with her each time and everyone believes also it is a disguise.
Her only regret is to not be able to go for the Carnival of Venise on another time of the year.
