An Explosion in the Service Bay

The Station shook violently. Crew members who were not seated were knocked to the deck.
Communicators all over the Station lit up with the news: the Naglfarian shuttle had exploded, severely damaging the service bay in which it had just landed. Emergency bots raced to the port service bay.
On their way to Sector 15, Commander MacPherson and Ensign vonHoldt met the Naglfarian Captain and an AI at an intersection of one of the Stations's many corridors.
