Kasumi and Yukina are fox, Misaki is human, Ayame is wolf youkai. Kasumi is the Inari Temple's current Spirit Guardian and nine tail fox approaching the point of ascension to celestial kitsune status. Yukina is her younger sister and future guardian of the temple once Kasumi ascends. Misaki is the future head Priestess of the Inari Temple. Ayame is the wild card . A blind wolf youkai that Misaki found injured when she was very little and thinking she was some pup got her father to let her keep her.. hold on I will post up the pic that explains why they are adopted cousins.
