We Found An Enigma

Monica had persuaded Loni to drive her to the water tower above Three Lanes. This did involve borrowing Rhiannon's truck without telling her but Monica hadn't told Loni about that part. They had found an abandoned building behind the tower and went to investigate. Along with a lot of rusting usual equipment, they found three machines that looked like they didn't belong.
Remarks: These things do show up everywhere as "sciency" devices.
