Poser 10 no longer working

My Poser 10 that I do use sometimes, has stopped working now since my windows 10 stopped working right, I ended up resetting since  I could not do a restore. After the reset of windows 10 Poser starts up and then shuts down , I had to reinstall it after the reset. It no longer asks me to put in my serial number and I am wondering if that is why it crashes at startup. I read somewhere it was a windows update that caused it but it was working for me before the reset, and I had all the updates as windows 10 does them automatically. Can't turn them off. Anyone know what I can do to get it to reinstall and work?

Have You  removed your preferences sometimes that helps with poser.

The other is try Compatibility Mode

It could be because a recent update, maybe for flash on W10?
I haven't W10 so I can't really help. But an issue with P10 was already "tested" by another people on Renderosity.

Yes I had the update and Poser worked fine, maybe it got put back and I need  another update to fix it since the reset.

This update has been a pain from what I have heard.... and has changed three times in one month....I've had this notice on my updates page for that long....so the update is still on it's way.  I hope it hits the rest of the country first before it gets to me LOLOL....

And yes...it's for CREATORS...so who know what they've done to it...
