The city prop is modeled, low poly for background use. The dystopian city blocks have been free at DAZ for ages, they’re more detailed and versatile, as they can be moved around separately.

The gargoyle head isn’t exactly the right style, but with a stone shader and close mouth morph applied it isn’t too bad. There is the old DAZ Gargoyle, which I own; could always scale it way up and then stick it’s head on an exterior building.
