On Deviantart, you have a group to share png: PNGHeaven
People who share are legal owners of their pictures. Each has his/her own rules, so don't forget to check for each of them.

At the first look, it seems the more active member is Jean52. I believe I talked to him already. He shares many png, and we can use in our commercial renders.

Anything I download now waits till I figure out where the heck I'm going to put it...what folder, where, do I have it, etc.....takes time...but not as much time as this crazy sorting does
