Yup...Fonts are a good thing also.  I've got a cool fonts program I use and these load into it wonderfully.

Once upon a time I had a Fonts disaster.  "J" got a chuckle out of it.  That's when I started locking up the computer.  My Daughter Angie thought she was doing me a favor by gathering fonts....needless to say it took my computer nearly an hour or so to boot up the computer because she stored them all in the MS font file which starts up when the puter starts up....

  Have we another place to put them and use them in Photoshop for example?

You can store them there but hard to manage.  I've only left a few basic fonts in the MS fonts file.

Normally when I want a new font to use I go to the font program and view them.

Here is a free one that works pretty good:  XFILES
