Yes we did ... very much

Oh, did you make it J? Glad you liked it :)

I like sweet relish too skhilled, much better than the dill relish - always have. A little sweet relish in deviled eggs is good too. Gives them a bit of a zip!

Yes, I love it in deviled eggs too and have been having a taste for them lately. LOL I'll probably make some very soon.

I don't eat them often because of my blood pressure and cholesterol issues but I still eat a few every so often. :)

Same here with blood pressure. I used to eat them rather often but not any more.

I've had to change my entire diet and even started making a blog and a section on my site about the changes I've made to help others.

I've been a bit busy with other projects but will be adding a lot more very soon.

Hah...was looking at your Low Sodium post. Definitely...READ THE LABELS on your food.

The sandwich doesn't even include chips. I've found Kettle Chips, which are certified organic and very low in sodium content for chips. They use sea salt on them. The Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper ones are really good.

I'm not much of a chip person but they are much better than the regular ones for people like us.

You also have to watch out for processed foods...those are the worst! Things like pasta sauces, etc. contain a lot of salt and it is not hard at all to make your own. I make a slow cooker full and then separate it into freezer bags in meal-sized portions so I always have some. It is just as easy to make a large batch as it is to make a small one. ;)

Yes, processed foods are the pits - full of things you can't pronounce and much sodium!

There's such a thing as a 'small batch' of marinara? :tearlaugh:
