Mediterranean Salad

Combine
2 qts. torn Romaine lettuce
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled (about 3/4 cup)
3/4 cup cooked, shelled, cooled Edamane
1/2 cup red onion slivers
1/4 cup Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar Lite Dressing
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp Oregano, crumbled
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
In a large bowl. Toss and serve.

I'm a Salad person so this is great....except for the cheese.....

Here I live in the heart of cheese country....and I do not like cheese excpect on pizza.....

Go figure......

But ummmmm....this does look easy and GOOD.....

Well there be a small difference I would thing between the Feta and the standard garden variety that ye be used to and that is what makes this a great one.
