Any bruising should be reported to your Doctor if you didn't know how it got there.

Alright, I'm in!   Got Blender 2.79 b installed and running.   And got the sphere obj saved and loaded into Poser Pro 2014 now.   What's next?

Um, one thing didn't seem to work in the order given.   ALT-SHIFT-S (release) press 1.  That is supposed to make the sphere right?  I got to fooling with things, and got it to subdivide and THEN I did the S then 1 thing and it did make the higher res sphere.  I exported it as an .obj, and yes ya have to hit the export button on the far right.  Then it saves it!

NEXT bit?  (taps foot)   (taps it faster)

Select the UV Editing tab, be sure to be in edit mode, select all (in the 3D viewport press A on the keyboard) and than press U on the keyboard. From the popup menu select "Smart UV Project" (second menu item from the top) and in the dialog click on OK. For the first item "Unwrap" you need to make seams.
