Eight of em huh.  I'm gonna have to load up the recent purchases and see if they're alright.  If you check the textures in the zips and they are all there, but are painted 'incomplete' or something, then he needs to be contacted and told about this issue!  That's just bad for business!

Yes we need to get detailed as to the issues, as I have hit 8 already continuing to test the rest of my collection

Yup, me three.  I'm on it.  My little list I posted;  so far that stuff I've used works, the one that has what I think of as a texture issue is that Wireless House.  Boxes and Barrels are base dark gray, not wooden like you'd think they would be.  Anyway.  You and I both used that, did you think that an issue?  Boxes, barrels and all the nixie tube stuff.

I am starting to notice some things.  He don't like glass.  Nothing glass looks like glass.  There are no lights included with these sets even though there are lamps and lanterns all over the sets.  The promos show stuff lit up real pretty.  His English is broken and his readmes are very sparse.  Seems I have a lot to learn about lights in Poser still!
Smuggles Bridge is up now, and its looking pretty good, even with gray lights.

Are you sure you downloaded all the zips and textures? Check the textures in your Texture files for 1971S against what is shown in the preview of the zips window in the ReadMe file. And do you have all the parts and pieces of them for sure? Check your account and see if you got all of them, or forgot to load the textures for that zip. It happens sometimes when you're doing them manually.

Just asking...not more.

Another thing with 1971S's stuff is there are usually files in the Materials library of the Libraries that have all the textures so they attach On Load. If you may not have loaded those, thinking there was nothing in that folder, that could be why they aren't there as well.

By the way... Don't look for a "1971S" in the Materials folder in Libraries(unless he's changed his ways).

Instead, look for the name of the Prop, like "Smuggler's Cove" or "Moon Boat" or "Seafarer's House", etc.

If you have Notepad ++, you can "Open with Notepad ++" the .mc6 files (the ones that say 'Poser Content' in there) and you can see where the loaded materials are pointing to in the Textures folder "1971S". If they're not there, then it doesn't know where to look for them.

I do know some about textures. So does Aelin.  :java:

Have tried both the material files along with the pose files and no joy so far with the previously mentioned

Still testing
