Any bruising should be reported to your Doctor if you didn't know how it got there.

In fact it's in the videos of ArrowTips I learnt for quadra.

I tested the Tool => Snap on the terrain, but like it's no more an object with several faces, it's impossible to use.

So I made the UV map by W3D, but worked for textures on Photoshop. It's not a total success. How weird it is to see the simple shapes are the worse to work sometimes!

I never used snap-on I add the texture outside of Wings like you. I've been working more with World Machine and will do a tutorial on that next!!!

The first time I tried to do the dock, I followed the tuto for the Snap option. I think it's easy for a plane surface; but for a worked surface, it starts to become an issue.

Thank you for the texture. I passed several hours to glue partially well the ground and the path.

:toast: We'll wait peacefully the tuto for World Machine.

I have only a question: why the triangulation?
I wonder if for Poser and/or DS it's not only the quadrangulation which is necessary; but I'm not totally sure.

Waiting, I'm going to try this
To be back on triangulation. I have ended architectural thing, and I had a hole on several areas  Triangles. Under the doubt, I have saved the same object in triangulation in place of quadrangulation. This time, no holes. So it seems you were right, triangulation comes also in Poser and Daz Studio.

Even, some other parts of object are better now for shadows.

Hi Aelin

Glad that worked. If you want fix a hole select an adjacent face and right click 'hole'. Left click 'hole' will make a hole and right click close it.

Also you can you can Triangulate or Untriangulate in the program, select what you want in face mode and open context menu, then click 'Tesselate'. A sub menu will open with options to Triangulate, Untriangulate, or Quadangulate. The last one will convert a n-gons mesh to Quads and TRIs. You probably want to model using Quads so Untriangulate is handy.    :winks:

:hypno: I will go step by step, with a day of rest before to think again on my old bridges lollll

In fact, the object was perfect in Wings3D. But once the "quadrangular" object was in Daz Studio and Poser, holes are appeared.
Saving and exporting a "triangular" one, this time it has worked.
