Title: Deleting that stubborn folder or file
Post by: DarkAngel on July 30, 2011, 07:23:48 PM
Ever have a folder or file that is persistent and will not get deleted...for what ever reason. You can reboot to your hearts content and there it is, still where you left it.

Well now you can delete it or unlock it and have your way with it...lol This little free program is wonderful, I just used it on an empty stubbon folder that would not get deleted...claimed it was not in the main folder yet there I could see it. It would not rename nor delete so I got Unlocker (http://www.filehippo.com/download_unlocker/).

Installed it (really easy even let's you NOT install that stupid bing bar) and then I went to the naught stubborn folder, right-clicked on it and chose unlocker from the menu and then set it to delete.

Away it went....YAY

Did I mention it is FREE!!
