I too have been an FF user from the start, rarely use IE unless forced to as well (like when having to DL M$ updates & patches). 

When the Net was still all "shiny and new" it was old NetScape Navigator which unfortunately was purchased by AOL (those guys who kept sending me free 3.5" floppies and later CDs which made nifty beer mats). Sadly under AOL's  poor management and M$'s practise of bundling IE with Windows (which was later deemed monopolistic) this once extremely popular and excellent browser faded from the scene.

I was a Netscape Fan from the very beginning.  It was great, easy to use, and always up to date with the latest tech stuff....but they went to hell also.

Talk about keeping stuff till there is no tomorrow....I was curious to see if I had a old Netscape CD and found the pack of 12 Floppies I got for Netscape.... :thud: ..... And yes, I found the CD also  Double :thud:
