Now that school is over I can focus on new skills

Whew at least it wasn't the 1570's those days bring back some rough memories.

BCE or AD :ummm:

AD - The Plague returned to Europe. 'Mad Dancing' happened (ergot poisoning). And there were a lot of wars...but then again, when weren't there?

Then again, the Inquisition began about 50 years later.

I guess if you want to go to BCE, there's the Amarna period and the Sea People plundering and pillaging everyone they could.

Have a good one ;)

Other tidbits

The cutting down of the oak log that the Egtved Girl (in today's Denmark) was buried in. It is dated to the summer of 1370 BC.

c. 1375 BC—Minoan culture ends on Crete.
c. 1375 BC—Site of palace complex Knossos is abandoned.

Akhenaten is thought to have been born in this decade.
