So, I just re-edited the ending of the Suggestion Period to the 23rd, fyi. Funny how 'short' the 'short months' seem in this case. Hahahaha.

First it's loss of memory...and now my eyes are going too   :thud:

THANK YOU AELIN.....This is a big help......

:psycho: Not a problem for this. I profited the brain was in action.
But... if you eyes have issues, i'm afraid they were exposed to a peculiar nurse :panic:  Anyway, you are not alone to confound Ray and me these last day :psycho:

:ty: Ray for the date; i hadn't idea to propose for this.

I'm happy to see that we have already so many propositions. It's good... because i lost 2 ideas what i thought these last days :psycho:

Well I didn't think of it myself when I first read it and then the uh,  :explode: of votes got me thinking and looking at the calendar and the holiday and all. It went from there to me re-reading what you had put in there. It's okay hon.

I know you're working on something that frustrates me no end and getting it to work is uh problematic for me! :thud: You go girl! I know you get all that better than I really do. I'll admit it no problem.

Could it be I have a fellow woodworker here? If so, we should talk shop.

I'm 3rd generation in woodworking on my Pop's side and on my Mom's side it goes a lot further back, to the late 1800's. For me woodworking is yet another art form, and quality is the most important job. I create pieces of furniture, and do sculpture in wood. It is a chosen profession, mainly because I love the beauty of wood.

:fainting: Oh me too! I love wood

Rally, I do. I once saw a bentwood rocker made from unstained walnut. No cushions, just the wood. No nails or screws - only walnut dowling and glue...all very tightly sealed and smooth as the proverbial baby's behind. I told the guy it was gorgeous and asked him how much? $1200 and you take it home." Too much for my purse. I asked him if I could sit in it. You know what, that was one of the most comfortable chairs I EVER sat in - even without cushions. The seat was long enough for my legs. It was like Edith Ann's (Lily Tomlin) "Big Chair" in a way. I said then, "I can't afford that, but oh my god can I just sit here for a bit? It's so comfortable!" "Be my guest," he smiled. Funny thing was, he looked like he was most likely a gypsy. But that chair was some of the best woodwork I've ever seen in my life and worth every penny of that $1200.

last  project  i did  was replacing a 12 foot section of the top railing  on a  shrimp  boat we was lifting  the  doors  on board  and  the  main lifting  line  broke and  down came  the  doors  right on  the cap rail broke  it  and  a  plank or  two  no body hurt  door size  was  12' by48"  with 1" steel runner on bottom of  doors  just a  little  heavy  anyway  repair  job came out  like  it  was  done  in a  boat yard and  where i  spliced in  the  new piece  of  railing and  planking  you couldn't see the  seams
