Thanks a whole big bunch, Jherrith. That makes it much easier!

Happy that it makes sense, perhaps I should gather all my books, notes and other meanderings and create a Poser thread of tips, tricks, and observations?

If there is an interest that is ... ?

I think that would be super, Jherrith. We could pose questions as well as get general tips. I'd really like that.

Hmm, well then we shall have to open my books and start with the basics they list and move forward to more interesting topics.

NitaB, thanks.  A few of the poses in question would be unsuitable for the younger generations but it's good to know I can use them across a wider range.

J, Weeelll ... considering I have P7 & P9, that may be a real handy thing.  Especially considering I'm more "in tune with" Studio and there are some significant workflow differences.

OTOH, doing the reverse of the usual - ie, using Poser characters etc in Studio - sounds like a fun time waster.  :-D

Damn now we have to go through no less then three books per version since version 5, granted though I never did version 8 and so far nothing pertaining to version 9 has been released yet.

So maybe it will not be as bad as first thought :thud:

You're right, Kludge. But, for instance, I have some M4 snow fight poses. I used them to make an entry for V4, the Kids 4 and M4. They worked great, and they were freebies. Can't beat that.

Yep, free is good.  I like free.  I can almost afford it. :-D

BTW, you have a PM.

J, getting my head wrapped around P7 would be a good start.  P9 just adds some cool bells and whistles but I can't really use them until I have the basics.

Hmmm ... that's weird.  I'll try again later but it's not really important.  Honest, it isn't.
