It's high noon, and bullets are flying. To the observer, it would seem like Durango had started a Duel with Big Thumb Bobby about a really stupid argument, whether Billy the Kid or Wyatt Earp would be the best at Can Can dancing. In reality, Durango didn't care about that (he already knew that Doc Holiday was by far the best Can Can dancer in the west). Durango had only wanted an excuse to shoot Big Thumb Bobby because years earlier, Bobby had called him a gutless yellow wimp in front of his girlfriend Elly when they were all in school together.
